Hey, there! We are Betz and Lois, a pair of baristas from Denton who share a common dream of owning a warm and inclusive café that offers exceptional espresso while staying true to our core principles. When we're not behind the bar you might find us slingin' second-hand goods at Thistle Creative Reuse, reading a good book, or cooking a new recipe.

Our passion for our community runs deep, and we are committed to making a positive impact. We're proudly LGBTQIA+ owned, and we believe in creating a safe and welcoming space where everyone feels valued and respected. With a combined 5 years in the industry, including barista, wholesale, and management experience, we are thrilled to embark on this journey and we can't wait to meet you!
