Lois (she/her) - Lois has a degree in I Can Do That which translates wonderfully into every crazy concept we come up with and is truly why we're so cool. Ask her about our insanely cute cats, which artistic medium is most inspiring to her currently, or whether she's made a dent in her bucket of sewing projects.

Triptych Coffee Co. is queer-owned and a safe space for our LGBTQIA+ community and other minority groups. We are committed to preserving and cultivating that culture wherever we may be. Our cup is crafted with passion and served with gratitude. We can't wait to meet you!

We started doing weekly markets at a local plant store, True Leaf Studio, and throughout the fall, slowly expanded from just Saturday morning markets to Fridays through Sundays. Later in the year, we participated in a local shark-tank-style competition hosted by Stoke Co-Working called the Denton Pitch Competition. By speaking on our community-oriented ideals and zero-waste goals, we were awarded second place and a grant of $3,000. By March of 2024, we were partnered with True Leaf Studio and serving full-time.
